Consultation booking

Consultations are booked with a booking fee that reserves a dedicated time slot and preparation on our side. For that reason, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, contact us at connect@tushargulati.in (or use the reschedule link in your confirmation) at least [24–48] hours before your scheduled time and we'll do our best to move it.

Programs and digital products

Our programs include training, templates, and done-with-you work you can access and act on mmediately. Choose one of the options below and delete the other:

Option A — refund window: If you are not satisfied, contact us at connect@tushargulati.in within [7] days of purchase, and before you have accessed more than [X]% of the program, and we will review your request for a refund.

Option B — final sale: Because of the immediate access and the nature of the work involved, all program purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Cancelling a scheduled session

For any live or scheduled session, please give at least [48] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to someone else.
